Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp LSA
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, optional
  • 1 cup soy milk, or almond milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into your blender and whiz until smooth. If you like your smoothies extra cold or thick you could use frozen bananas.
