Turmeric pina colada smoothie
This smoothie is good for all that ails you. It's packed with vitamin C and the healing properties of turmeric, and tastes like the tropics!

Quite Good Food
or 2 small (skin removed)
or one of those cute baby tins
Small thumb sized piece of fresh turmeric
peeled (or ½ teaspoon ground turmeric)
Add everything to your blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy. You know the drill here.
If you don't have a high speed blender, then i'd recommend finely grating the turmeric first otherwise you'll end up with little chunky bits in your smoothie.
I don't like smoothies that give me brain freeze, especially first thing in the morning, but if you like it that way then you could freeze your pineapple and banana first.
