  • Half a small watermelon, (2-3 cups, peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • Half a telegraph cucumber
  • 3-4 sprigs fresh mint leaves
  • Ice

  • Remove watermelon flesh and roughly chop.
  • Peel all or some of the skin from your cucumber if you like (I peeled about half of the skin so there wouldn't be too much in the smoothie).
  • Blend watermelon, raspberries, cucumber and mint until smooth. Top up with a little water or a handful of ice and blend again.
  • Serve immediately.
