Nourishing vegan breakfasts
I'm not much of a morning person (definitely more night owl than lark), but still firmly believe a healthy breakfast is important to start the day. I have more energy, and also find I'm less likely to snack too much if breakfast is on board.
Vegan breakfasts can be just as straight forward as any other. My favourite weekday staple is granola with fruit, while make-ahead breakfasts like overnight oats are a lifesaver on busy days.
