    Vegan Christmas recipes

    Heading into the festive season can often be a jumble of excitement, stress and end-of-year fatigue, but one thing is for sure, it's all about food and family. Two things that make me very happy.

    Being vegan or vegetarian has its own complications at Christmas, where many family meals focus on a grand meat centrepiece (and let's not forget Great Aunt Muriel who just can't understand how you survive without protein).

    Fortunately, there's a world of possibility to do wonderful things with plants - without a hint of 'missing out'. Whether you're looking for something to replace the meat, a bangin' salad or lush dessert, I'm sure you'll find something to love in this selection of my favourite vegan Christmas recipes.
