    Main meals

    Satisfying and nutritious main meals are the cornerstone to a healthy diet, and part of the social fabric of our household. Sometimes I spend all day thinking about what I'll be cooking that night, and on busy days dinner might be something thrown together at the last minute.

    This selection of vegan main meal recipes are tried, tested and popular with my family. They're excellent for leisurely weekend lunches, everyday dinners and special occasion meals. And of course don't forget leftovers for lunch the next day.
