Sweet treats
I don't eat sweet treats every day, but when I do I sure like to do it well - whether it's having full baking tins, whipping up a celebration cake, festive dessert or foodie gift.
I like to balance the indulgence by using whole food ingredients where I can, and reducing the use of refined sugar (I still use it sometimes though - I reckon it's all about moderation).
There are some real crowd favourites in this collection of vegan baking and desserts. My lime and vanilla cheesecake has been one of the most popular recipes on this recipe since forever, along with this adults only coffee cheesecake and healthier treats like these passionfruit bliss balls.
